Service and Support Agreement (SSA)
The ResponseCare SSA is a comprehensive package of essential services that consistently delivers uptime, peace-of-mind and value in a cost effective package. That’s value to your department and hospital.

Medtronic’s expert team of clinical specialists, field service engineers and technical support personnel ensure your Fusion® ENT navigation system continues to deliver optimal performance. Comprehensive coverage includes:

  • High priority, on-site service with parts, labor and travel included
  • On-site surgical support and in-services available by one of our trained clinical specialists
  • Software updates to keep your system current
  • Annual planned maintenance scheduled at your convenience to keep your system operating to factory specifications
  • Extensive product training on system applications and products
  • Technical phone support 24/7/365

The benefits of a ResponseCare SSA are:

  • Cases run smoother and stay on time

Per Incident Repairs / Time & Materials
This option is for customers who prefer to pay as they need service and includes the following:

  • Planned maintenance and on-site visits on a fixed-cost basis
  • Systems repaired within a commercially reasonable time

NIM-Response® 3.0 and NIM-Neuro® 3.0 Nerve Integrity Monitoring System Services

Exchange Service Plan (ESP)
This is a service agreement that includes overnight exchange service for the NIM 3.0 Response (8253001) and NIM 3.0 Neuro (8253401). The agreement term is available for 1, 2 or 3 years.

  • Next business day AM delivery
  • Factory certified exchange replacements for the mainframe and patient interface
  • No need for loaners
  • Prepaid shipping label included to return non-working unit to Medtronic
  • Price is fixed regardless of number of exchanges done. Flexible payment plans available.
  • One annual planned maintenance (PM) per year.

Repair Service Agreement
This agreement includes repairs of the patient interface, patient simulator, mute detector and surgeon mini-screen

  • Your system will be repaired and restored to its original specifications within days by expert Medtronic technicians using original Medtronic parts.
  • Annual planned maintenance to ensure your system is accurate
  • Overnight loaners to help minimize downtime
  • Software updates provided at no additional charge
  • Technical phone support hotline: Available 24/7/365

    Hassle-free service saves you time. Loaners are eliminated and prepaid shipping is included for returning units.

    Your maintenance costs are fixed for up to 3 years regardless of the number of exchanges.

    The ESP price can be less than the cost of a single “pay as you go” repair or exchange
